Players have access to a variety of equipment in Spellbreak to modify and enable their Spells, Sorceries and Rune abilities.

Equipment generally augments a player's offense, defense, and mobility via Amulets, Belts, Boots and Runes respectively.

A player can only equip one of each type of equipment, but may use the ping system to alert their squad of loot they don't need.

Players also have 4 additional inventory slots available to carry up to 2 consumables per slot, as well as unequipped equipment and Gauntlets in.

Players start the game with a baseline max health value of 100, a max mana value of 50, and a max armor value of 20.

These max values may be increased through a variety of equipment listed below.

Mana is a shared resource used to cast Spells and to levitate. Levitating costs 10% max mana per 0.1 second.

This means a player can levitate for up to for 1 second regardless of how much max mana they have.

Once their mana is depleted they will have to recharge it again over 1 second.

Equipment can be found all across the Hollow Lands. Only equipment of at least Rare rarity has unique abilities attached to them, excluding Runes.

The higher rarity equipment can be found in chests, which are primarily stored in castles and villages.

Equipment of Legendary rarity however, can only be found in Mana Vault Mana Vaults.

These spawn randomly across the map at match start and are indicated by the following icon: Mana Vault Black Credit Rusty.

Once activated, the Mana Vault Mana Vault will assemble and open after 20 seconds. The assembly is audible to nearby players.

Additional Mana Vault Mana Vaults will spawn within a safe zone each time the Spellstorm fully encloses it.

Runes[ | ]

Runes grant access to a third activated ability which provides non-damaging utility, primarily mobility.

Players have a max rune charge of 1 by default, and will refill a charge once the cooldown timer completes.

However, the cooldown is paused while hovering, and rune charges can only refill while the player is grounded or Tempest Level 1 Wind Jumping.

Armor Shard Being Consumed

Consumables grants the user a regenerative buff for 10 seconds after a short channel. They can be found throughout the Hollow Lands.

The player can move at reduced speed, crouch and loot while channeling. Doesn't break Invisibility.

Casting any Spells, Sorceries, activating Runes, jumping or taking direct damage from another player will cancel the channel.
